• Drop off point by access ramp and a porter service is available for luggage.
• Ample parking within the hotel grounds with allocated blue badge spaces.
• Access provided directly into reception by either a ramp or seven wide steps.
• All facilities are found on the ground floor which is level throughout with wide accessible doors and all garden levels are accessed by either steps or ramps.
• Fully equipped and accessible unisex toilet with baby changing facilities located off reception.
• Though the building is on three floors with no lift, there is a ground floor bedroom with level external access. This is available as a twin or double with an en-suite wet room fitted with grab rails and shower seat. The room has level floors throughout.
• We also have external ramped access to the first floor bedrooms.
• Corridors have good colour contrast and are well lit throughout, with all rooms indicated by raised numbers on doors.
• All rooms have cordless kettles, colour televisions with teletext and telephone.
• All dogs are welcome.
• 24hr on-site emergency helpline.
• There is also a two bedroomed suite available on the first floor with one double and one twin room with adjoining corridor and bathroom.
