At 6:30pm drinks and snacks will be served in the bar lounge

Followed by:

Handmade sourdough bread with Maldon salted butter

Pressing of smoked chicken, apricot and bacon
with a truffle mayonnaise

Roasted onion “tea” with Berkswell pudding

Caramelized king scallop glazed with Vadouvan spice
served with cauliflower cream and apple

Poached and roasted fillet of wild venison with salt baked
celeriac and blackberries

Iced fizzy grapes

Tonka bean parfait with caramel cream and honeycomb

Tea or Coffee and truffles

A Vegetarian Gala menu is available on request
